I cannot thank you and Lynn Lyons enough. As you know, because I inherited a property in Virginia I found myself desperate to obtain homeowners and liability insurance on very short (24 hours) notice not only for myself but also for my sister in South Carolina. Despite the fact that you do not do business in Virginia, you went way out of your way with no money in it for you to get the insurance literally within hours. Such service is seldom seen in this day and age, particular to clients, like myself, who I imagine are "small" in terms of your overall client list. It is the same quality service that you have demonstrated for years to me and my family, and it is, apparently your rule to deliver it without exception. Lots of people sell insurance. Few deliver great service, and none that I know of deliver the type of service you do. You are a comfort, and you have every right to be proud of yourself, your agency and your employees.
