I wanted to take the time to say thank you. Thank you for being more than an insurance agent. Over the past 35 years I have dealt with numerous insurance companies for business and personal needs and the respective agents have basically done what was asked or needed. When problems arose there was some intervention but ultimately it was left to me with the insurance companies to iron out the issues. You are different. A few months ago an incident and a detail with my coverage had painted me into a corner.
